Coomaditchie
The Coomaditchie United Aboriginal Corporation is a community-led organisation dedicated to strengthening the pride, dignity, and cultural identity of young Aboriginal people. Based at Kemblawarra, just south of Wollongong, it is home to the Coomaditchie Artists’ Co-operative—East Coast Saltwater artists whose work reflects the South Coast environment—while also providing local employment and training opportunities. Through artwork sales, community partnerships, and public projects, the organisation works toward a self-sufficient future while continuing its role as custodians of Coomaditchy Lagoon and caring for the surrounding land.
Alchemy Interior
Founded by designer and curator Lisa Kovacs, Alchemy is a studio dedicated to creating spaces that feel as good as they look. With a deep appreciation for texture, tone, and storytelling, Lisa approaches each project through a holistic lens— balancing beauty, function and wellbeing. Guided by three tenets — Interiors… Creative… Wellbeing — Lisa designs homes that reflect who you are and how you live. Whether it’s reimagining a room, curating art and objects, or shaping a sensory experience, every detail is carefully considered. Alchemy is where design meets intention. Rough & Tumble is a Port Kembla-based creative studio and cultural collective that builds community through art, design, and storytelling. Rough & Tumble designs posters, objects, events, and place-based creative experiences and supports the small businesses and venues that bring them to life.

Wild Fowl
Wild Fowl! is a popular pop-up space and creative collective located on Wentworth Street in Port Kembla, NSW. Acting as a hub for local artists and small businesses, it features items like plants from Habitat Plant House, homewares, and artisan products. It is a key part of the revitalising boutique retail scene in the area.
Port Kembla Festival
The Port Kembla Festival is an annual, free-entry community event produced by Holy Pavlova and held along Wentworth Street, Port Kembla. The festival acts as a gig-crawl, highlighting local Illawarra music, arts, and culture across 10+ intimate indoor venues and laneways, showcasing over 40+ artists in an industrial, seaside setting.

Kattasche is a Port Kembla-based sustainable leather atelier founded by designer and craftswoman Katja Handt.
