CheerFest

Port Kembla CheerFest is an annual free, family-friendly Christmas festival that transforms Wentworth Street into a vibrant celebration of community, entertainment and festive spirit. Held each December, the event brings together local businesses, performers, charities, schools and community groups to showcase everything that makes Port Kembla special. Featuring live music, festive markets, Santa Photos, children's activities, food vendors, community displays and charitable giving initiatives, CheerFest celebrates the holiday season while supporting local businesses, fostering community connections and giving back to families across the Illawarra.
