We’re nestled in the heart of Port Kembla, providing a space for the local community to practice a mix of Reformer & Mat pilates in a relaxed and supportive environment. Intentionally small classes (max. 7 per class) allow us to look after you, modify exercises, and switch up difficulty and intensity levels to suit your needs. The space is kitted out with brand new props, mats and 7 Reformer machines. We were lucky enough to have our friend and local artist, Sam Hall, paint our studio walls with the most beautiful mural - so you have something awesome to gaze at while you’re moving.

Refined Pilates in Port Kembla is a welcoming wellness studio located at 119 Wentworth Street, specializing in reformer pilates, mat pilates, barre, and infrared sauna. Founded by local mum Danica, it provides a supportive community environment for both men and women to improve wellness.
